You can maintain interest in OSH by organizing various programs on continuous basis :

Promote 

●  Develop safety and health programs that getting every person involve.
●  Conduct regular safety briefing (daily, weekly or monthly).
●  Organize safety and health day / week / month activities.
●  Organize safety campaign periodically.
●  Play safety videos during intervals.
●  Organize safety quiz / games.
●  Invite employee to attend OSH meetings (rotation).
●  Display Safety posters.


Recognize

●  Practice single standard for every person.
●  Make safety and health a serious consideration in performance review.
●  Make safety and health a serious component of operating.
●  Recognize safety and health as a required skill for job promotion.
●  Conduct regular employee consultation.
●  Develop positive attitude through prompt actions against complaints.
●  Aim for Malaysia Society for Occupational Safety & Health Awards.


Get People Involve

●  Organize poster competition.
●  Organize slogan competition.
●  Organize quiz competition.
●  Organize safe and healthy department competition.


Train and Reward

●  Make safety and health training a compulsory event.
●  Establish competency scheme.
●  Establish employee suggestion reward scheme.
●  Establish outstanding performer reward scheme (dept. and individual).
