What are the components of Physical Fitness?


There are 5 health related components of physical fitness:

Body composition
2.   Cardiovascular Fitness
3.   Muscular Endurance
4.   Strength
5.   Flexibility

And there are 6 skill related components of physical fitness:

1.  
Agility
2.   Balance
3.   Coordination
4.   Reaction time
5.   Speed
6.   Power
