  • Violent behaviour after drinking.
  • Drinking to get through the day.
  • Arguing about your drinking habits with friends and family.
  • Anxiety at facing a social situation without alcohol.
  • Neglecting other interests.
  • Feeling that you can't cut down your drinking even if it's having a negative impact on you life.
  • Physical symptoms include may include shaking, problems sleeping, a racing heart, nausea in the morning, sweating, anxiety, irritability.
