PENJAGAAN KEHAMILAN - Senggugut Tak Jejas Hamil

EIYA
Sebelum saya menjawab soalan anda, benarkan saya jelaskan masalah senggugut.
Anda mengalami senggugut sejak usia anda 13 tahun lagi.

HIDUP SIHAT - Terapi Pernafasan Untuk Sakit Kepala Dan Keletihan

3.  Jika sakit kepala , cubalah menutup lubang hidung sebelah kanan dan bernafaslah melalui hidung sebelah kiri dan lakukan kira-kira 5 minit , sakit kepala akan sembuh .
4.  Jika anda merasa lelah , tutuplah lubang hidung sebelah kiri dan bernafaslah melalui hidung sebelah kanan . Lakukan ulang-alik . Tak lama kemudian, anda akan merasakan segar kembali. Sebab lubang hidung sebelah kanan mengeluarkan panas, sehingga banyak sekali panas , lubang hidung sebelah kiri mengeluarkan dingin .
Selamat mencuba…

MAKANAN SIHAT - Khasiat Ubi Kentang

Khasiat ubi kentang

AMAZON RAIN FOREST - Time for a takeaway?

Time for a takeaway? The macabre moment a snake snatched a monkey from a tree and swallowed it WHOLE

  • - Júlio César Bicca-Marques, a researcher at Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande
do Sul witnessed the incident in the Amazon rainforest
  • - The video has caused scientists to rethink how vulnerable primates can be to skilled
      predators like the boa constrictor
  • - Primatologist Paul Garber said the monkey might have escaped its fate if it had stayed
      with its group

Scientists have captured the remarkable moment a boa constrictor attacked a fully-grown howler monkey to claim it as a substantial snack.

The incident, which took place deep in the Amazon rainforest in Western Brazil, is rare, as monkeys are usually adept at protecting themselves from predators. But the video shows the huge snake crushing the hapless monkey before swallowing it whole.

The video has caused scientists to rethink how vulnerable primates can be to skilled predators like the boa constrictor, that usually stick to smaller meals like rodents and birds, LiveScience reported.

Scientists have captured the harrowing moment a boa constrictor attacked a fully-grown howler monkey to claim it as a substantial snack. Here the female howler monkeys clings to a branch in a futile attempt to pull herself from the crushing jaws of the snake

Júlio César Bicca-Marques, a researcher at Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, said the female Purús red howler monkey did not see the snake lying in wait in the tree.

In the study, published in the journal Primates, Dr Bicca-Marques suggests snakes prey on more New World monkeys than was previously thought.

Commenting on the study, Paul Garber, a primatologist at the University of Illinois said it is known that snakes, raptors and big cats do attack monkeys but filming macabre spectacle is very rare.
The monkeys, which have good vision, usually defend themselves by living in groups and collectively keeping an eye out for threats.

But the unfortunate monkey in the film broke away from her group of five in the Amazon jungle before meeting the snake.
The boa constrictor reportedly struck at the monkey and swiftly wrapped it in a death-grip by coiling its muscular body around the monkey, which tried to free itself by gripping a tree, but was crushed.

Here, the dead monkey is being swallowed head-first by the snake
The snake lay in wait crouched in a tree while the female monkey broke away from her group. The boa constrictor struck the monkey before crushing it with its powerful muscles. Here, the dead monkey is being swallowed head-first by the snake

The snake's attack was typical, according to experts. It crouched in once place, camouflaged in the foliage to wait for its next meal.

Boa constrictors are so patient they have been known to wait in one spot for around one month.
The female monkey was followed by a companion who was unable to save her friend from the powerful snake, despite hitting it several times.

Defeated, the healthy monkey retreated, leaving the boa constrictor to swallow her crushed friend head-first over a period of just over one hour.

The video shows the snake using its muscles to swallow the bulky monkey, which is thought to weigh around six kilogrammes - and then a rather huge bulge in its belly.

Dr Garber believes the monkey might have avoided being eaten if it had of stayed with its group
Primatologist Dr Garber believes the monkey might have avoided being eaten if it had of stayed with its group, adding: 'being a solitary monkey is definitely not a good thing'. The monkey-shaped bulge is clearly visible in the snake's stomach

Dr Bicca-Marques told LiveScience: 'According to observations on predation attempts on howler monkeys made by other researchers, howlers often don't do anything to defend the victim.'

Dr Garber believes the monkey might have avoided being eaten if it had of stayed with its group, adding: 'being a solitary monkey is definitely not a good thing'.

The researcher claims it is the first time that a terrifying attack of this type has been caught on camera, although recent studies have found more rare types of primate predation, including a leopard eating a chimpanzee.

Poor sleepers take 6m sickies: One in five workers admits taking a day off after a bad night's sleep

    • - Sickies cost to UK economy running to £611 million
    • - but almost half of people, 44%, never enjoy a lie-in
    • - lack of sleep caused by decreased concentration levels, grumpiness and rows at home

Sleep-deprived workers take six million sick days a year according to a survey, with the cost to the UK economy running to £611 million.

One in five workers surveyed admitted taking a 'sickie' because of a bad night’s sleep, according to the online poll of 2,044 people by bed firm Silentnight, who appealed for volunteers for research in a sleep clinic.

Only 13% of those polled said they slept peacefully, while of those kept awake regularly almost a third, 32%, blamed the thought of having to get up early the next day and 26% blamed money worries and work stress.

Catching up on sleep the next day: Almost a third blamed the thought of having to get up early the next day and 26% blamed money worries and work stress

One-sixth of workers choose to catch up on sleep while travelling on public transport but 7% admitted to falling asleep while at their desk and 4% during a meeting.

The survey showed almost half of people, 44%, never enjoy a lie-in - even at weekends - with most lie-ins lasting less than 30 minutes.

Problems people said were caused by a lack of sleep included decreased concentration levels, grumpiness and rows at home.

Dr Nerina Ramlakhan, Silentnight's sleep expert, pictured, says a few steps can make a huge difference to getting a good night's sleep - switching off from work and social media channels
Dr Nerina Ramlakhan, Silentnight’s sleep expert is searching for 10 people with everyday sleep issues to take part in a four-week sleep clinic with information and advice available for the public to follow online as the study progresses.

Dr Ramlakhan said: 'Sleep is crucial to our health and well-being and it is clear from the findings that lack of quality sleep is making a real impact on people’s lives - from absence from work, decreased concentration levels and arguments in the home.

'A few simple steps can make a huge difference to getting a good night’s sleep.

'Switching off from work and social media channels an hour before bed, taking the time to unwind, eating a balanced diet and making sure that our sleep environment is as tranquil as possible are all positive steps in the right direction.

'The Sleep Clinic is aimed at educating people across the UK that a few simple techniques can help the nation get a great night’s sleep every night.'

PEOPLE - Chinese father chains his blind, mentally ill son in a cave

Chinese father chains his blind, mentally ill son in a cave after losing their home (while he goes to live with his daughters)

      • - Cheng Xingtao, 26, was born blind and mentally disabled
      • - His 70-year-old father abandoned him after losing their family home

A father has told how he's turned his handicapped son into a real life caveman - chaining him naked to a rock face in central China.

Astonishing pictures of tragic Cheng Xiangtao, 26 - born blind and mentally disabled - chained by his ankle to his cave in remote Chengling village, Henan province, have outraged the country.

Dad Cheng Yuanchao, 70, abandoned his son after losing his home and going to live with his daughters.

'I have no home of my own now and nowhere to house my son. This is the best I can do. I visit him three times a day with food and water so he is never hungry of thirsty.

'The chain is there only so he doesn't run off and hurt himself,' he claimed.

'I'm not a wealthy man and we've never been able to afford doctors who might have been able to help him.

But the pictures have shocked Chinese commentators after they appeared on social media.

'It is appalling. Is this the best his father and his village can do? He'd be better treated if he was a pig or a cow,' said one.

PEOPLE - Cannibal cult leader who drank girls' blood is hacked to death by villagers

Cannibal cult leader who drank girls' blood is hacked to death by villagers after escaping from a Papua New Guinea jail and murdering another woman

        • - Stephen Tari among inmates who escaped while a guard changed shift
        • - Tari gathered thousands of disciples in Papua New Guinea's jungles
        • - Enigmatic figure wore white robes and preached his gospel from a rock
        • - He was accused of raping, murdering and eating three young girls

A cannibal cult leader calling himself Black Jesus, who slaughtered his 'Flower Girl' followers and drank their blood, has himself been murdered in the jungles of Papua New Guinea.

In flowing robes, Stephen Tari, 40, a failed Bible student, once led 6,000 'disciples' through the mountainous regions of the country, but was accused of killing at least three young girls and, as their mothers were forced to watch, drinking their blood.

Calling himself 'the true Christ', he was convicted of only rape three years ago - before the country brought in new laws that meant convicted killers and rapists could receive the death penalty - and was among 48 prisoners who broke out of jail six months ago.

'Black Jesus': Notorious cult leader Stephen Tari after he was captured in Papua New Guinea in 2007

Since then he has been on the run with a handful of faithful followers, but his bizarre life came to an end when he was said to have murdered a village woman this week and attempted to take the life of another.

Surrounded by furious villagers on Thursday, he is believed to have been beaten and hacked to death, along with one of his henchmen in the remote village of Gal in the northern province of Madang.

A special investigation by the Daily Mail six years ago heard from three women who said they had witnessed Tari drinking their murdered daughters' blood in bizarre sacrificial ceremonies in village huts as he led his followers through the jungle.

Because of the remote area where he was murdered, police have not been able to establish whether he allegedly murdered a woman because he had started up his former cult and needed more human sacrifices.

Madang provincial police commander Chief Superintendent Sylvester Kalaut told the Post Courier newspaper that the village where Tari met his death is several miles by foot along jungle tracks from the nearest small town.

'We are sending police and a doctor to the village to ascertain the cause of death.
'The village where he was based is a four hour walk and from advice and given reports of the state of his body, he will have to be buried soon after the post-mortem is conducted,' said Superintendent Kalaut.

Followers: Tari gathered more than six thousand disciples with his preaching in the jungles (library image)

The police officer warned that other prisoners who remain on the run and who might be associated with Tari should give themselves up.

'He is now dead and this could be the fate of the others who are also on the run from the authorities. I am warning and strongly urging those escapees to surrender themselves to authorities.'

At the height of his infamy, Black Jesus wore long white robes as he stood on a rock in a jungle clearing and preached his own kind of gospel to his disciples. He told the crowds that they would receive gifts from heaven if they followed him.

But behind his preachings was evil intent. Luring young females he called his Flower Girls into huts, he cut their throats and consumed their blood, mothers testified later.
One woman said she was ordered to drink her own daughter's blood on one occasion.

Police were unable to capture him, despite knowing where he was because of the constant the presence of his large 'flock' - he was guarded by henchmen who carried rifles, spears and bows and arrows.

But villagers finally carried out a 'citizens' arrest' in 2007 and Tari was eventually jailed.

Now, it is village power once again that has brought an end to his warped teachings. It is expected he will be buried near the small jungle community where he was killed.

THE 7 WONDERS OF THE WORLD - ...... But most Britons can only name one

The Seven Wonders of the World... But most Britons can only name one

          • - Original list was drawn up by Greek scholars in the third century BC
          • - But now only one of the ancient monuments still exists
          • - 61% of Britons were able to name one - usually the Great Pyramid in Giza
          • - But only 21% were capable of coming up with a second
          • - Respondents to the survey have come up with seven new suggestions

          http://www.dailymail.co.uk

The seven wonders of the ancient world are said to be the most remarkable creations of classical antiquity, yet only six per cent of Britons can actually name them all, a survey has revealed.

While 61 per cent of those quizzed managed to name one - in most instances the Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt, only a paltry 21 per cent were capable of coming up with a second.

And a shameful 12 per cent of those who took part in the survey were were unable to name any at all.

The Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt, built between 2584 and 2561 BC was the one ancient wonder of the world most Britons were able to name

However the lack of knowledge may not be altogether unexpected as out of the all the monuments on original list it is now only possible to visit one - the Great Pyramid.

All the others no longer exist. Most were destroyed by earthquakes and experts now doubt that the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, which were said to have been laid out on an artificial mountain in Iraq, ever existed at all.

The original list was drawn up by Greek scholars around the third century BC for travellers in the eastern Mediterranean.
However over three quarters of the 2,486 people quizzed for the survey by online travel agency bonvoyage.co.uk, said they they found the ancient monuments 'boring'.

Bonvoyage.co.uk have responded by asking those who took to suggest a new set of seven wonders of the modern world instead.

The top choice was the Statue of Liberty in New York harbour. The other six are all natural phenomena consist of The Grand Canyon, Niagara Falls, Australia’s Great Barrier Reef, Table Mountain, the Northern Lights and Mount Vesuvius.

Bonvoyage.co.uk spokesman Steph Curtin, said: 'After discovering the lack of knowledge and awareness among the general public regarding the seven wonders of the world, the team here felt compelled to investigate what landmarks are now highly coveted as modern day wonders.'

'The collated list produced some great results, such as the Statue of Liberty and the Great Barrier Reef, but also a couple that we weren’t expecting, including the Northern Lights and Mount Vesuvius.'
