COURTESY - The two secret of of courtesy, it's so easy.






Providing excellent customer service can be challenging and at times difficult, but one-thing customers really appreciate is common courtesy. 

Customer service representatives who smile, greet their customers in a friendly manner, and show respect are communicating that the business cares about that customer and often the customer feels compelled to respond in a courteous manner. 

Dealing with the customer in-person provides many opportunities to display respect and courtesy through communication strategies and body language. 

Showing common courtesy with online customer service or through call centers can be more challenging.

A sincere 'smile' and 'being friendly' is the two key secret of courtesy.

It is so easy ........ simply make smiling a habit and be friendly, build relations with people and courtesy will be your biggest strength.
