'No oil' burger for the health conscious

HIS "no added oil" approach is what makes his stall stands out, among other competitors.
Homemade burger entrepreneur, who wishes to be known only as Pinky, said that his burger are cooked without using oil.
He added that the main reasons are to be a healthier burger supplier without compromising the taste.
"I love watching cooking TV shows and (flipping through cooking) magazines... Cooking is just my passion," he says.

According to the 29-year-old, he wanted to cater to the health conscious, and therefore make burgers — pattie and all — sans additional cooking oil.
"Up until the final cooking stage, I use the electronic grill," he assures.
When asked how he promotes his business, he says simply, "No oil."
The burger maker notes that many people are getting more health conscious now.
"They take care of their daily fitness regime and also their food intake," he said.
Taking this to his advantage, he says that this is his opportunity to serve them with his best abilities.
Pinky currently runs his business at Sumbangsih Mulia in Beribi.
His stall is opened from 9am till afternoon.
"Previously, I only ran my business from home," he said. He added that his business in mainly advertised online.
Through online advertisements, he says that he has received quite a few orders.
However, the response was not too encouraging.
In order to create greater sales, he adds that he needed to get himself a stall where there are lots of passersby. "I managed to set up my burger stall with help from my aunt."
Pinky has already established his presence at the Sumbangsih Mulia for two months.
His stall Ammai Burger was named after his father.
