pThe chief of the world#39;s biggest international airline has grave concerns that Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 will be given up as lost as part of an international cover-up. /p pThe Boeing 777 disappeared off WA on March 8 with 239 aboard. /p pSir Tim Clark, president of Emirates, said yesterday that he had been inundated with requests from grieving relatives and theorists to continue the pursuit of the truth. /p p#34;Many mathematicians have done extensive calculations and have detailed them in their emails to me,#34; Sir Tim said. /p p #34;None believe the current hypothesis. /p p#34;We must get to the truth.#34; /p pThe Australian-led search is scanning the ocean floor about 1800km south-west of Perth for MH370. /p pSir Tim is an expert on the Boeing 777 and was the instigator of the latest models that are the backbone of global fleets. /p p#34;My instincts tell me something is wrong and there are far too many questions that are unanswered,#34; he said. /p pSir Tim is perplexed by the total lack of debris. /p p#34;When a plane crashes into the sea there is always debris that will float, yet none has been found despite a mammoth search,#34; he said. #34;We haven#39;t seen a single thing that suggests categorically that this aircraft is where they say it is - nothing.#34; /p pSir Tim does not put much credence in the Inmarsat satellite tracking of the Boeing 777 that is the key to the current search. /p p#34;I think we will know more if there is full transparency of everything that everybody knows,#34; he said. /p p#34;I do not believe that all the information is on the table.#34; /p pOn whether the aircraft#39;s transponder and Aircraft Communications and Reporting System could be disabled, he said: #34;Of course the transponder can be turned off in the cockpit and the ACARS can be partly disabled, although our pilots are not trained to do that.#34; /p pSir Tim has proposed two methods to make it impossible to turn off the two systems. /p
